It is known to work by binding to H+/K+ ATPase pump and inhibiting final step of gastric acid production. Upon ingestion, this medicine quickly gets absorbed through parietal cells of stomach and exerts its curative effects. Rabeprazole Domperidone gets metabolized in liver with help of CYP2C19 & CYP3A4 with excretion via kidney.
